Corruption

Corruption menace refers to a threat to make or become defiled. It pervades all fields and spheres of society because of its prevalent of all level of industry, business and administration. It has after all, a ubiquity existence.

Root of corruption: Every human being wants to be rich overnight. He tries hard to leave no stone non turned to get riches quickly and immorally.

The vital unite of the national family like the politicians, bureaucrats, the high officials, businessmen in private sectors have contributed a lot to spread corruption at all levels. They are not satisfied and contented with what they have or possess. The episode of corruption has germinated on account of co-perceive power illegally exercised by the militant and the persons in authority. The elite thinkers in league with the criminal nexus have been sucking the hard earned money, wealth and asset of the working class. Similarly, the govt. institutions are operating “give and adopt” policy in an unlawful way. The eminent figures become ‘godfather’ of the terrorists and encourage corruption in the underground world.
Corrupting points: There is hardly any point all over the world where there is no point of corruption. Every govt. and non-govt. office all over the country is the abode of corruption. Bribing, forging, erasing documents exploitation of any kind is also entertained and encouraged in our country. The public servants are also more or less corrupted.

Prevention/Eradication of corruption: The solution to corruption menace is a crying need for the well-being of the common people and the country as well. The following steps or measures are suggested to take in this regard.

A corruption free image needs to be built to remove its menace from national and economic levels. The individual shall stop giving tips to the public servants and the bureaucrats come what may. A politician with dubious records of scams and floor crossing should be barred from contesting for the election. The salary of the employees at al levels and in all sectors should be raised to a respectable level to meet up their needs and satisfy their hungers. The bureaucracy must shed five vowels of English alphabet like A, E, I, O, U which stand for apathy, evasiveness, in competence, obstructionism and urge for unwarranted power and money. The vigilance section should need to be formed earlier so that it can monitor the corrupted figures. The policy of licensing in various fields should be illuminated to check corruption in export, import, land survey, vehicle trading, gun shop etc. The prevention of corruption act should be passed and implemented at an early date to save the nation. This act will include all parliament members and ministers so that they should be held responsible and liable for their misdeeds, public nuisance acts, corruption and exercise of overpower.

Demerits: Corruption favors a few but causes untold sufferings to many. It is a divine boon for them but a curse for the majority of people. Only the creams of the population encourage corruption out of their own interests exploiting the innocent mass ruthlessly. The existing law of the country becomes corrupted but for the innocent, honest and working people it exercises itself with spirit. Corruption is a threat to all innocent people in the country. The existing law of all sectors becomes corrupted by malpractice, unlawful acts, exploitation and injustice. It is an allopathic infringement on social and national values. The detention of corruption is very difficult and punishment for wrong doers is seldom decided due to loopholes in the legal frame work.

More or less corruption prevails everywhere. So the prevention and removal of corruption is a crying need. Hence delay in eradicating corruption may cause the common and innocent people into a lot of troubles.
