Crime Scenario

The crime scenario has become a daily affair in the world. Children and adults especially senior citizens of the country are unquestionably victimized by the crime scenario. The present day has become a hot bed of hatred, violence and terrorism. So we can barely overcome the terrorist’s threat in our day to day life.

Causes: The crime scenario has many causes behind. Cinema, rapaciousness, maliciousness, economic backwardness, unemployment and lack of effectiveness of the police personnel’s in many areas of the country have led us to believe that still we are living in the dark age like the day of ignorance of the Arabia. Violence has a domination over all walks of life like business, industry, politics, social interactions, national and international force and above all in interpersonal relationships. On the other hand, the present day compulsions of war and strike call for even more dependence upon dynamite and gunpowder. Cinema has played a most subversive role in the crime scene of today. Today’s movies reflect sex, violence, confusion on the screen which the tender minds assimilate. The film makers depict the true pictures of violence, kidnapping, assassination, brutal infanticide, looting goods, smuggling, heroic deeds, misappropriation of property etc. in a very artistic manner.

Modern society: The society of the modern times is commercial, interwoven and selfish. Police are more interested in making money than healthy activities like meditation, social gatherings, charity for the destitute and the disabled. Money is inseparable and it must be earned for survival on earth.  Yet hankering after money and after other materials is more dangerous. These trends mislead the young generation to commit crimes all over the country.

Danger: The crime scenario has been rising both in cities and towns. As a result, life and dignity of woman are not safe after late evening hours. They cannot move freely alone. A woman moving alone in the street may lose her chastity and virginity. She may be robbed of her gold ornaments, purse and other belongings. The nexus between the politician and the criminal has added a new trust to the crime wave and ripples can be felt throughout the nation. Even a man with cash dare not go along the road often evening. He may fall a victim to the criminals. In each area there are some crime points. So crime scenario may happen to take place. Each individual of the modern era is seriously egoistic to prove him self supreme. He indulges himself in creating violence which is fatal and detrimental to him and people.  

Remedy of crime scenario: The crime scenario can be solved or removed in the following ways- The right and real solution according to situation should be adopted. The standard of the have-not's should be uplifted. The police should not be allowed to extort money from public. Their salaries should be fixed at a satisfactory scale for their family survival. 

Crimes of all kinds should be checked and controlled with an iron hand and the criminals as well as culprits must not be allowed to leave or go unpunished. The ruling class should conduct a direct negotiation with the criminal and terrorist groups for a permanent solution of crime scenario for peaceful living. They should be rehabilitated properly. 

The communication media like radio, T.V. newspaper and magazines should promote positive and healthy cultural values. Necked and violent cinema shows should be banned and strongly censored so that the young generation cannot become aggressive. Unethical culture should be stopped. Serious awareness among the youngsters should properly be created for a sensation that they may enjoy all sorts of basic rights. They should be dealt with love and affection.

The crime scenario makes normal life paralyzed. It is not a boon but an imprecation to the nation and the land.
